I was curious after a clean install of Windows 10 whether or not that PCI simple communications controller exclamation would appear, but to my surprise, it didn't. After a clean install of Windows 8.1, going to Acer downloads and installing the iAMT driver resolves that issue. I have two TC-605 computers and don't get that exclamation with Windows 10 although I have noticed it after a clean install of Windows 8.1. I'm prety sure it's related to the intel AMT or intel mangagement engine or BIOS or some combination of all three.
